Serdarević R-TECH was founded as a small family business back in 2006., in Zadar. We started it simply out of love and passion for motorcycles. Today, it is renowned as one of the leading exhaust producing companies in the region, with headquarters in Zagreb. Frame Straightening
We insert the stripped down motorcycle into our specialized Motoliner frame straightening machine. Precise measurements of the motorcycle frame are then taken and compared to our comprehensive database. The frame is manipulated as necessary until we have obtained the desired specification. Once the process is complete, the bike is measured and checked once more.
Wheel Straightening
The wheels are hydraulically straightened on a machine of our own design. If your wheel is cracked, due to the extent of the damage we cannot assist in the reconstruction of your wheel. We believe this to be beyond a safe repair. We straighten aluminum wheels only.
Forks Straightening
We will assess your forks, if there is any surface damage, for example badly wrinkled or wavy forks, we may not be able to repair them. The forks you bring in do not need to be disassembled. All forks can be left complete which we will then strip in house if necessary. If you bring us your motorcycle for a frame repair, we can check and straighten your forks and yokes at the same time.
Yoke Straightening
Yokes can easily bend from a frontal accident, therefore it is a good idea to get them checked along with your forks. We can repair both aluminum alloy and steel yokes. If you bring us your motorcycle for a frame repair, we can check and straighten your forks and yokes at the same time.
Disc Straightening
Brake discs can be repaired, preferably, you should bring them attached to the wheel, but they can be sent separately as well. Once we receive the discs they are then accessed and trued with a high degree of accuracy.
Car Wheel Repairs
Car wheels need to be brought separated from the vehicle and the tire. We do not offer a full refurbishment, but rather a touch up of the affected area. We straighten aluminum wheels only.
